Thank you for stopping by, I’d love to share how I got to where I am today. I was born and raised in a suburb of Indiana. I come from amazing parents that instilled in me hard work and dedication. My mother was a beautiful artist of many different kinds, including oil painting, charcoal. calligraphy etc… she was a woman of many talents! Unfortunately, in 1999 my mother passed and in 2004 I lost my father as well. After that I began seeing feathers ( I believe) as a reminder of them and Heaven in the craziest times and places! It warms my heart and soul. So, feathers mean so much to me and I started collecting them. I was raised in a Christian home and because of my relationship with Christ is how I was able to deal with the loss of them both. God gives me the strength to get through anything. In 2000, I began my career in the cosmetics industry where I spent 20 years helping women feel amazing. After that I started styling women in fashion and took some business classes where I discovered my love for creating leather feathers you can wear. Then, I started taking classes and learning ways to make leather bags and new techniques for leather creation. I also apprentice under a leather designer to further my skills. In June is when my dream became a reality by incorporating my faith in my work and everything I do. A leather creation you choose is well thought of, designed and created by me. I pour love into the timeless creations and pray over my work before it goes out. My hope is it gives you so many smiles and is with you on all your adventures. I’m so excited for the future of creating timeless pieces you can hand down for years to come.
